A dream we'd had for a while.
Two Oaks Landscaping was founded in 2025 by two partners — Nathan and William — who'd been working in landscaping and grounds care for years before going into business together. Between us we'd put in time at private landscaping companies and on golf course grounds crews, learning the trade from people who took it seriously.
Going into business together had always been the dream. Build something local. Build it on hard work, family-friendly values, and a real love for the craft of landscape architecture. Treat clients and employees the way we'd want to be treated.
The name comes from Raleigh — the City of Oaks — and from the two of us. Two Oaks Landscaping LLC.

Hardworking
The kind of work that earns its name happens when nobody's watching. Clean edges along a walkway no one will see for three months. Properly graded base under a sod install. We do the unseen work right — that's where the job is actually built.
Trustworthy
Show up when we say. Quote what we mean. Bill what we quoted. Tell you the truth when something needs to change. Trust is the slow product of a hundred small kept promises — and we'd rather build it the slow way than fake it the fast way.
Honest
If you don't need the upgrade, we'll tell you. If a grass variety won't do well in your soil, we'll suggest a different one. If we made a mistake, we'll own it and fix it. The opposite of a high-pressure sales pitch is just an honest conversation.
We started Two Oaks to build a friendly, family-based, locally owned and operated business — one that takes care of its clients and its employees the same way it takes care of the work. That's who we're trying to be every day.

Based out of Knightdale, we serve a tight radius of communities across the eastern Triangle. Staying local is intentional — it lets us keep tighter scheduling and faster response times than a regional outfit can manage. Both residential and commercial.
