Home / Maintenance Packages

Pick the level of care that fits your property.

Three straightforward tiers — Copper, Silver, and Diamond — at two term lengths. Same crew. Same standards. Predictable monthly billing.

How It Works

One crew, on a schedule.

Each plan is a service agreement billed in equal monthly installments — predictable cost, scheduled visits, no surprises. Choose the tier that matches the level of care you want, and choose the term that fits your property: full-year care or growing-season only.

Residential plans start at $35 per visit. Final pricing is set per property after a brief on-site walk-through — lot size, slope, and bed coverage make every property different, and we'd rather quote you fairly than quote you wrong. Commercial pricing is quoted by site.

Common Questions

A few things worth knowing.

What's the difference between Yearly and Growing Season?

A Yearly plan runs April through March of the following year — twelve months of coverage including dormant-season cleanup and prep. A Growing Season plan runs April through late November — eight months focused on the active growing months, with no winter coverage. Diamond is offered as Yearly only; the seasonal turf care it includes (fertilization, aeration, overseeding) needs the full year to do properly.

How does billing work?

Equal monthly installments billed on the first of each month for that month's service. No upfront lump sums. If a weekly visit gets skipped due to weather, you're not charged for it on the next bill.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — most clients do at some point. Upgrades take effect on the next service visit; downgrades start the following billing cycle. Either change is a quick conversation, not a re-papering exercise.

What if I need work outside my plan?

One-off projects — grading, sod installation, land clearing — are quoted separately and don't affect your maintenance agreement. We're glad to handle both for the same property; same crew, same standards.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Either party can terminate the agreement with notice — email, text, or mail. You're responsible for service performed up to the termination date; anything pre-paid for unrendered work gets refunded.

What's your service area?

Knightdale, Garner, Clayton, Wendell, Zebulon, Raleigh, and surrounding parts of Wake and Johnston counties. If you're nearby and not listed, ask — we'll tell you straight whether we can service the address.
