Maintenance Plans
The work that keeps a property looking sharp without you having to think about it. We mow, edge, trim, and blow on a weekly schedule from spring through fall — and at the higher tiers, we add the seasonal work that actually keeps a lawn healthy long-term: pruning, herbicide, fertilization, aeration, and overseeding.
- Copper — weekly mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal. The core care.
- Silver — Copper plus seasonal pruning and as-needed herbicide spraying.
- Diamond — Silver plus pre- and post-emergent applications, fertilization, aeration, and overseeding. Full-service turf care.
Each tier comes in two terms: full-year (April–March) or growing-season (April–November).

Most of our grading work runs from drainage corrections on existing residential lots up through quarter-acre site prep — the size of job that's bigger than a homeowner can DIY but smaller than a commercial excavator gets out of bed for.

Note: We don't include grading or irrigation in our sod jobs — those are quoted separately. If you need grading work done first, we handle that too (see above), and we'll coordinate the timing so the install lands on a properly prepared surface.

The larger outdoor work that goes beyond a typical residential yard. We work with rural homeowners on acreage, working farms, and commercial properties to keep land usable, accessible, and looking the way it should — instead of slowly returning to woods.
